"Cliff's Notes"GuidelinesFor each horse you are entering you list the name, year of birth, breed (only if a stock horse or a Thoroughbred), sire x dam, and the highest placing achieved. Probably the best place to put this summary is at the TOP of your e-mail message rather than in the body of the horse's racecard. Example:
Race 1 - The above examples are stock horses. "Q" stands for Quarter Horse, "A" stands for Appaloosa, and "P" stands for Paint. The "c" stands for colt, "f" for filly, and "g" for gelding. Now if you are entering an Arabian or a Standardbred, you don't need to include anything for the breed because they don't compete against other breeds.
